All apartments (37–41 m2) feature a large bedroom and a living room with completely equipped kitchenette separated by a sliding door and/or by a curtain. Apartments are equipped with sat TV, safe, phone, internet connection, dishwasher, microwave oven, dishtowels, towels and bed linen.
The floor plans are only indicative and can be different from the original!
Important information
Rooms are available from 3 pm. Guests arriving after 7 pm are asked to give us notice by phone. Rooms have to be left within 10 am on the day of departure.
Reservations are confirmed only after payment of a deposit of € 100 per person to our bank account. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations in the 14 days before arrival are charged with a 3-day stay.
Late arrivals and anticipated departures are charged with the entire price of the booked period.
The rates provided apply for stays of minimum 3 nights. For shorter stays we
apply a surcharge of 10%-30% per night and person.
Double room single use on request.
Pets are not accepted.
Children reductions (only in the parents' apartment)
0 - 6 years: 75% discount
7 - 12 years: 50% discount
13 - 15 years: 25% discount
